Dental treatment is an excellent investment in an individual’s oral, medical, and psychological well being.
For patients who have dental insurance, your policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. As a health provider, we are not a party in that agreement.
At Eastern Virginia Family & Cosmetic Dentistry we accept most forms of dental insurance, and we are “in-network” with both Delta Dental and United Concordia.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will bill your insurance company if you bring in completed original insurance forms and all insurance information.
Insurance policies vary and services required may not be covered. Our office is committed to helping our patients maximize their benefits.
Payment for treatment must be pre-arranged and is due at the time services are rendered.
